After the curtains went down on Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015, Nationwide were satisfied with their presence once more. The figures are now out and they report that Nationwide were able to push 60% of the projects in hand to the market and sell them.
These properties come from three towers on Al Reem Island. Thomson Reuters’ Zawya mentions that “Mr. Ameen Al Qudsi – the company’s CEO – said that Nationwide’s participation during the last edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi was very positive, where the company welcomed numerous visitors and clients interested in buying property in Abu Dhabi.”
This comes after the continuous effort of Nationwide’s staff to help increase the awareness about the possibilities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Sales agents were present at the booth to share their expertise and market knowledge with clients and investors.
Eye of Dubai, Al-Khaleej and Al-Bayan all reported this increase in demand agreeing that it all comes as a result of the customer awareness in the Abu Dhabi market. Zawya also mentioned the reason behind this increase in sales when they said: “Al Qudsi concluded that Nationwide is considered a leader in the real estate market that adopts engineered customer care approaches for investors in the Abu Dhabi market, through various media that help in supporting and developing the real estate sector in the emirate.”
This only comes to confirm that Nationwide are leaders in the real estate market. Mr. Ameen also said that there is a significant increase in demand in terms of buying because of the increase in rental prices and that the consumers are looking more towards ownership.
